Lees Hill Footway, Sneinton, opposite the site of the old railway viaduct, great blue brick!
Peppers Hair Salon, Trinity Square, still has its wood-panelled Gents Salon and 'Peppers Are Hair' 70s signs!



Looking up Goldsmith Street towards the Talbot St junction, with what was the old Gaumont on the left, and the back of the old Empire to the right.

Marriotts' former shop on Castle Gate
Ragged School, Sneinton Marketplace

Shakespeare St/Goldsmith St junction, Victoria Centre flats are to the left.
Looking across Sneinton Market Place, to the old telephone exchange and Geest warehouse, now being converted into flats



Stewarts' Seed shop, George St, which has recently closed down.



Wright & Dobson, Seymour St, Sneinton - now awaits demolition.



Finally - the old Council House dome from below!


Adams Building, St Marys Gate, now NCN college. Great archways!
Bancrofts Factory, Robin Hood Street, Sneinton. Now being converted into apartments, but once a busy blouse making factory, resounding with the laughter of local factory workers

Derelict Shop, Campbell Street, Sneinton - just opposite Bancrofts Factory.

Russells, Shakespeare Street, formerly the Clinton Arms, famous for its strip-shows in the 1970s

King John pub, Carrington Street. Opposite the Broad Marsh bus station entrance.



Old Malt Cross Music Hall, St James's Street. This now overlooks the old Imperial (now Westside bar) and The Newhouse (now Bar Oz)
